Description
Our client, a large financial services organisation based in Leeds, is looking for an Insurance Finance Analyst to work within General Insurance to deliver strategic financial and commercial insight. The initial contract will be for 6 months and pay £395 per day.
A Qualified Accountant and a Finance professional, the successful candidate will be responsible for producing timely and commercially focused financial MI and business performance metrics as well as ensuring financial information is transparent to key stakeholders to enable collaborative planning and identification of new opportunities and risk mitigation strategies.
You will:
*Be a fully Qualified Accountant
*Have experience of Project-based or Change-based work
*Have experience of working as a Finance Business Partner or other Financial commercial experience
*Come from a background from Financial Services, ideally Insurance
*Have an understanding of GL systems
*Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
