Role: SAP SRM Support & Administration

Location: Zurich, Switzerland

Start: mid-May

End date: 31.12.2019

Languages: Fluent German and English

Tasks
  • User Support (Mailbox and Hotline)
  • Customize user and admin documentation
  • Administration of roles / delegates
  • Standard IT ordering including verification of the contract situation
  • Complete order processing / orders and close
  • Obtaining offers
  • Enter / adapt delivery addresses / legal entities
  • Enter / adjust vendor master data
  • Complaint and supplier management
  • Mobile Contracts Handling
  • e-Catalog: mcp-manager
  • On boarding of new "standard catalogs" and testing
  • Simple catalog adjustments (content and technical)
  • Support of internal catalog managers when uploading catalogs and images incl. Adaptation of master data in SAP

Required Experience & Skills
  • Basic business understanding with initial experience in purchasing
  • Good knowledge and flair for MS Office and ERP systems (SAP SRM and or SAP MM)
  • Good practical experience with catalog systems (eg catalog maintenance, supplier connection, order transmission, role and data maintenance)
  • Electronic order process (for example, ordering and approval procedures, order submission, troubleshooting for international delivery)
  • technical flair and enjoyment of using various IT tools
