Sales Operations Co-ordinator/Sales Administrator
Rate: £150PD
Start: ASAP
Length: 12 Month Contract
Location: Working from home 4 days per week, 1 day per week in Cannon Street, London
This role is focused on pushing deals through the internal approval and qualification process, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
The role also supports the Sales community regarding Deal Approvals, Qualification, and the Dynamics CRM system which is used for recording sales.
Requirements
*Develop a solid grasp on the Sales process and ability to articulate it at a detailed level
*Ability to leverage relationships and balance many stakeholders at executive level
*Approachable with strong communication skills
*Highly organized and accurate
*Quick turnaround to internal customers
*Ability to set strong boundaries
*Ability to work under pressure
*4 + years of experience in operations or administrative functions
Activities
*Deal Desk Coordination
oTrack and monitor opportunities throughout the deal life cycle from opportunity creation to closure
oAccountable for Deal Desk
oMailbox Management
oManage incoming requests
oReview deals for readiness, quality, and set expectations with BD's
oEnsure attendance from key members to meetings & Track delegations
oOpTeam & Deal Review meeting preparation
oRecord OpTeam & Deal Review notes & actions
oWeekly reporting to leadership of upcoming deals and deals from previous week
oWeekly reporting on pending approvals
*Compliance
oEnforce compliance with appropriate policies/standard processes and supports internal investigations of policy violations regarding contracts/deals as needed
*Subject Matter Expert
oAct as consultant to deal/contract owners on business side to guide them through the review process in a timely manner
oCommunicate changes on deal review related policies and OMS updates
oProvides process management and related support services to enforce adherence to standard methods
oComplete understanding of the deal approval Matrix
