EMEA Sales Business Unit Manager
Prime, Futures and Securities Services (PFSS) Sales.
London
£285 per day
3 Month rolling contract
The Business Unit Manager works with sales leadership to develop and execute the client strategy, and support the day to day functioning of the sales organisation. The role provides broad exposure to all PFSS products and functions, with support across: 1) client strategy and target market execution; 2) organization and talent management; 3) sales process management; and 4) sales and client analytics and performance measurement.
To succeed in this role, the individual will need to have and develop excellent analytic and problem solving skills, a high degree of intellectual curiosity, effective communication and listening skills, consensus building and influencing capabilities, and strong organization and prioritization. The individual will be required to apply these skills daily to execute on bespoke projects and long-term strategic initiatives, often working across management teams from PFSS, Markets, and the ICG.
Knowledge/Experience (Essential):
- Understanding of financial services and Markets businesses
- Experience in financing, custody products preferred
- Experience working with hedge funds, asset managers, and other investor clients preferred
- Experience developing and executing strategic initiatives in complex organizations
Qualifications (Essential):
- Bachelor's Degree a must, Master/MBA preferred
- Outstanding academic and employment performance
- Consulting, Business Management, CAO/COO experience preferred
Skills (Essential):
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to work efficiently within a team environment and as an individual contributor
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) at all organisational levels
- Ability to efficiently plan and organise own workload within tight deadlines
