Description
IT Security Consultant with profound Managed Security Operations Services knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- University Degree in Information Technology or equivalent education
- 4+ years' working experience as a Consultant in IT Security
- Extensive customer-facing experience in designing Managed Security Operations Services
- Profound knowledge of programming, application development and compliance governance
- Strong communication and analytical skills with a customer orientated mind-set
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Developing and expensing an external security service
- Supporting the design, implementation, and documentation of customer lifecycle processes, such as lead acquisition, sales funnel, customer onboarding support and synchronisation, handover, customer satisfaction measurement, relationship maintenance and off-boarding
- Coordinating the communication between security operations and business functions
- Ensuring the running of service with day-to-day business activities of the Security Operations Center
- Providing general coaching to the project team
