Engineering Manager (Productivity) - Stockholm - 6 monthsOne of my large payment clients are looking for an Engineering Manager to join the team on a 6 month contract based in Stockholm.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of Egineers who are responsible for delivering the best technology and productive user experience for the clients employees.
What you will be doing:
Work with your team to identify requirements, evaluate both new features and architecture and help drive solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Security, Legal and Compliance to meet every changing business requirements.
Build strong relationships with different departments across the business.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in methodology and technology to continuously increas productivity.
Inspire, motivate and foster a high performing and inclusive team.
What you need:
Have a minimum of 8 years related experience.
Have a technical background.
Have an established track record in technical leadership showing a progression of responsibility through your career.
Practical experience in how to lead and build product focused engineering teams and culture.
Desirable:
Fintech experience.
