Senior Business Analyst, IT Business Analysts, Execution and Delivery - Luxembourg
Purpose: Senior Business Analyst is responsible for business analysis activities on medium to large size projects. The role demonstrates advanced knowledge and ability, and can apply the competency in new or complex situations and guides other professionals. The role is responsible for execution of all aspects of requirements delivery- planning, elicitation, analysis and documentation, management, and support - for changes to Business Areas and Technology.

- Business Rules Analysis and Decision Modelling
- User Interface Design
- Non Functional requirements
- User Stories, Story Decomposition, and Story Mapping
- Acceptance and Evaluation Criteria Definition
- Requirements management and communication - requirements walkthroughs; scope and change management; traceability; configuration management, Backlog Management
Education and/or Experience
- Working as a Senior Business Analyst with progressively increasing responsibilities in the areas of requirements management on large and complex projects
- Relevant college, university, or post-graduate degree in Business Analysis
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Institute -Professional in Business Analysis Certification (PMI - PBA) (Preferred)
- Masters Certificate in Business Analysis (Preferred)
- Proven experience in one or more of the following business areas and related software applications:
- Fund Accounting
- Middle Office
- Custody
Real Estate & Private Equity - Transfer Agency
- Authorities/Impact
- Makes decisions about requirements approach on initiatives - requirements deliverables, activities, effort estimates
- Recommends best course of action when requirements changes are identified by articulating the cost-benefit of the change and whether the change is contributing to the business objectives
- Provides recommendations on the requirements stakeholders and their responsibilities in terms of requirements elicitation, review, and approval
