Job Description:
- Provides the project manager support and assistance in scheduling meetings, documentation, updating project documents, communication and training.
- Updates the project plan.
- Assists in information collection and validations. Helps prepare status reports and presentations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Must have strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word.
Responsible for tracking shipments, vendor resources, change management, and other routine task as assigned by the project manager.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 Years of Experience.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Experience with network and other infrastructure projects a plus.
- Relies on some experience to plan and accomplish tasks. Leadership/Contributions: May lead junior resources.
- Advanced Degree or Certifications a plus
