Service Manager- ITIL- ServiceNow- Brussels

A leading IT service provider are looking for a Service Manager with proven knowledge in change and problem management, as well as extensive experience of ServiceNow. The preferred candidate will be integrated into the Customer Services division of the IT department.

For this role, candidates must have;

  • ITIL, Service Management knowledge
  • Project management knowledge eg Prince 2, PMBOK.
  • Good knowledge in both use and configuration of ServiceNow
  • Active knowledge of both national languages (Dutch and French) as well as English
  • Work experience in the bank/finance sector

You will be responsible for;

  • Assessing the current implementation of the Change Management module in ServiceNow
  • Rationalise the use of Change templates
  • Document the Change management process
  • Setup a risk assessment tool in ServiceNow
