Job specification
- Preparation, maintenance and issue of level one firm proposal schedules and budgetary scheduling information in support of company bids.
- Preparation and implementation of detailed level four project baseline schedules upon contract award, including production and maintenance of S-curves, physical progress tables and procurement schedules.
- Assist in co-ordination and preparation of top level business scenario schedules.
- Review, advise and make recommendations on contractual requirements specifically relating to schedule and progress monitoring.
- Assist in the co-ordination of resources/logistics to meet contract deliverables
- Identification and communication of risk relating to all schedules produced.
- Preparation and issue of schedule impact assessments/summaries as identified by the project team for incorporation in internal project changes and external variation orders
- Assist in the production, maintenance and monitoring of progress in the Master Production Schedule
- Assist in the production and maintenance of reports to forecast resource requirements to meet contract deliverables and business plan requirements.
- Assist in the development of the planning system to take account of changes in procedures and products to maintain the planning system to highest standards, incorporating current best practice.
- Perform any other tasks as directed by the Senior Planner or Planning Manager.
