Genesys Engineer (Agile)
Genesys Engineer is urgently required for a role in Netherlands, Amsterdam for an initial 6 months.
The right candidate will have the following:
- Good expertise on the Genesys and its related solutions.
- Agile mindset and experience in SCRUM
- Proficient in spoken and written English, Dutch a benefit
- You are comfortable working in an international team
- Degree at University or similar level
- Strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Proven experience in problem analysis and resolution of complex software problems.
- Basic understanding of networking and communications infrastructure.
- Experience working in or supporting Contact Center environments

English
