My client has been investing in property in the UK since 1912, I am assisting them in the search for a Finance Business Analyst with the following;
- Support business requirements gathering process
- Data analysis, data mapping, data cleansing and data migration
- Documentation of business processes and risk and control matrices
- Documentation of test scripts and test scenarios
- Support business testing activities
- Support operational readiness activities
- Support project status reporting
- Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures
- Prepare reports by collecting, analysing and summarising data and identifying trends
- Proactively resolve customer satisfaction issues
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Educated to degree level is preferred
- Knowledge of Real Estate Finance processes is essential
- Previous IT domain experience, particularly in Project Management
- Previous experience and knowledge of working in a similar role is essential
- Experience of working in business change management is essential
- Previous experience of stakeholder management and the ability to manage relationships across the business
- Knowledge of project management tools
- Demonstrable experience of analysis, analytical tools and problem solving
- Excellent organisational skills, with experience of managing a large and complex workload
- Demonstrable experience of ability to communicate both orally and in writing, both internally and externally
- Strong demonstrable analytical skills
- Problem solving skills
