Responsibilities:
- Setup and activate new products at launch.
- Create and update copy and specifications for technical products.
- Research products, gather important specifications and documents, and compile and format the data.
- Market research on application and functionality of the product including within installation sheets, catalogs, and mfg. websites
- Responsible for categorization, imagery, and cross-sell/up-sell.
- Experienced with SEO terms, meta data and page titles to improve organic web presence.
- Maintain effective working relationships with cross functional partners.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis.
- Identifies opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Requirements:
- Successful candidates will be organized and detail-oriented and can follow instructions and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Experience with technical products or B2B focus a plus.
- 2 years' experience in website merchandising or site management.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and/or CMS; Hybris, SAP a plus
- Microsoft Excel - Moderate to Advanced Level
- Microsoft Word - Moderate to Advanced Level
- Microsoft Outlook, and Powerpoint - Moderate to Advanced Level
