Sales Force Effectiveness Manager - Switzerland

Our client, global pharmaceutical company is now recruiting for a Sales Force Effectiveness manager due to the company growth and preparation for new product launches globally.

Principal Responsibilities

Reporting, monitoring and analysis of performance data, and sales activities to support recommendations to the sales management teams to develop and improve performance of sales teams;

Engage with relevant internal stakeholders to include Head of Marketing & Sales, Product Manager, National Business/Sales Managers, to implement a programme to drive the business needs and support the sales strategy;

Ensure effective CRM deployment, user training and engagement.

Develop tailored dashboards / reports to monitor launch and sales performance data and track progress ensuring they are easy to use and implement for the end user;

Initiate, lead, drive, support field teams with key programs and projects end-to-end, to include Territory Design, Territory Alignment, Segmentation & Targeting, Call planning, as defined by the global team;

Initiate, lead, drive qualitative and quantitative market research projects end-to-end to identify insights that can improve product performance;

Support with the development, implementation monitoring and reporting of bonus schemes for field teams;

Develop transparent analytics and measurements and ensure standards are set, communicated and maintained for all programs;

Lead internal meetings to ensure metrics are clearly understood and acted upon. support operational planning, regional and key account plans;

Proactively assess and recommend on the continuous development in collaboration with global M&S team. Inspire, lead and ensure governance internally on all projects.

Qualifications

Master's in business/science degree, or Sales Force Excellence qualification desirable;

Already gained experience in pharmaceutical industry in a Sales Force Excellence /Sales Analytics / Business analytics/CRM Management role. Experience, in pharma sales desirable;

In-depth knowledge of CRM reporting systems

In-depth knowledge of the development and implementation of programs to include Territory Design, Territory Alignment and Segmentation & Targeting;

Qualitative and quantitative market research experience;

High business acumen with ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects with precision and accuracy in a very fast-paced environment;

Excellent Data analytics, Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with databases;

Strong communication, leadership and project execution and delivery skills essential;

Experience in sales force excellence and pharma product launch;

Understanding and knowledge of oncology therapeutic areas optional;

Fluency in English; French would be a plus.
