Description
SAP HCM Consultant with Successfactors Learning Management Solution with strong domain knowledge in the area of learning and university management and ideally at least 1 implementation of Student Lifecycle Management.
Must be able to deliver a high level of commitment to deliver success and provide timely and quality services that meet or exceed expectations.
Must to have experience on SAP student life cycle management and SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Able to demonstrate capability to:
Conduct workshops to gather business and system requirements
Prepare requirement documentation and solution
Draw out business capabilities and articulate business objectives
Perform GAP analysis vs product functionality
Provide consultation to business for adopting industry best Practices
Determine business value for needed customization
Propose business process changes, systems configuration guides and implementation procedures
Participate in the development, configuration, QA and deployment of the overall solution
Prepare and Conduct application training for business/super users;
