SAP Trainer - All Areas
Cambridge OR option to work remote.
The Trainer will be responsible for training content development & classroom delivery. This will include eLearning simulations, data staging, classroom and support material.
The Trainer will work closely with one or more of the Lead Trainers to develop content in line with the defined development requirements for their area.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Take accountability and ownership for their specified area (PtP, OtC, PtM, RtR, BI, MDG), which includes:
- Developing training content in line with the approach & media defined by the Lead Trainers
- Deliver or support the delivery of End User training events, such as Business Process Overviews and transactional training where required
- Support a learning journey for the User as needed, in multiple formats, including formal classroom training, workshop events, remote training via Skype for Business
- Ensure changes to the SAP solution/processes and general enhancements are reflected back into the training content and approach Work with the Functional Leads, Business Process Experts & Super Users to ensure the latest up-to-date information on Training is available and presentable
- Carry out any other duties that are within the job holder's skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed
