THE ROLE:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small and friendly Finance team in an IT Consulting company based in Holborn/London. The role is available on a part time basis (2/3 days per week) with a flexible approach to working hours. We offer an initial 3 month contract with possibility of extension.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

The successful candidate will be part of the finance team and has full responsibility for travel expense processing:

    • Serve as secondary reviewer/approver of all travel expenses
    • Collect staff travel-related receipts and supporting documentation to assist with the timely and accurate payment processing
    • Works closely with employees to ensure compliance with the travel policy
    • Analyse travel expense trends; investigate and issue monthly credit card reporting

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

    • Prior accounting, accounts payable, auditing, or other detailed administrative experience or studying for an accounting related degree
    • Good level of English
    • Excel, SAP, Dynamics 365 would be desirable
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
