Digital Sales Marketing E-commerce Platform Project Manager - Bracknell, Berkshire (Automotive Retail)
This is a great opportunity to join a leading Automotive brand within Product & Business change as E-commerce Platform Project Manager, take part in the developing, and roll out of new E-commerce Digital Sales platform acr oss the EU.
This role will take part in the creation of new digital sales channels striving to expand the customer sales experience. The post holder will take part in defining the new channel business model and E-commerce solution requirements, control its delivery and take care about constant improvement with a focus on electrification.
Qualifications, skills and experience required:
- Automotive Retail experience
- Strong Project management with delivery capabilities
- University degree or college diploma in business or related field, proven experience delivering E-commerce projects
- Project management experience, certification in project management is appreciated
- Natural communicator and strong negotiator, able to build and maintain good relationships across all cultures and disciplines
- High level of numerical competence, proficient PC skills (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
- Confident presentation skills, very well organised with the ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritise in order to meet tight deadlines.
Main Accountabilities:
- Manage the E-commerce projects development from initiation to closure, work on its constant improvement
- Specify requirements for E-commerce solutions by summarising and analysing customers and Subsidiaries.
- As project leader - collaborate with key stakeholder and sponsor on systematic basis to complete project scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget & timing.
- Manage external consultancy or agency providing clear requirements
- Actively collaborate with Subsidiaries reflecting local business and customer needs
- Track & report on project milestone, prepare & present status report to management
- Ensure business change of current business model to new, setup new sales process and KPI, roll out new business model by branches.
