For an end client we are looking for the following profile:

Role: Project Manager
Location: Stockholm
Start date: 4th June 2018
Period to: 1st April 2019

Job Description:

As a Project Manager, you will lead and drive the team and activities related to third parties, parallel initiatives, interfaces, test, organization and processes required to enable a fully working supplier solution in the program supporting the Global Online Expansion. You and your team will be responsible for enabling the client's rapid E-commerce expansion.

Sub project accounting is an integrated part of the Global Online Expansion Platform. Accounting's main responsibility is to ensure correct bookkeeping, internal reporting as well as external reporting.

Important elements to be supported by the Accounting solution are:

  • Complying with local legal legislation such as accounting regulations, reporting requirements, VAT/sales tax calculation etc
  • Complying with corporate accounting and reporting standards
  • Fulfilling best practices related to SAP standards

Work Tasks:

  • Lead the team together with Business sub-PL
  • Staff the sub project with IT resources
  • Plan and execute the different project phases together with supplier
  • Secure service transition to from project to operations
  • Secure IT governance of deployment and post go live support
  • Coordination of IT driven activities impacting the accounting solution
  • Communication of plans
  • Manage issues, risks and report status to program management
  • Align planning and dependencies with surrounding H&M service
  • Responsible for driving Change Requests related to accounting

Specific Competence:

  • 5+ years of experience in project managing
  • Experience in SAP
  • Experience in E-commerce
  • Qualifying is knowledge/experience in accounting
  • Excellent communication ( English language)
