Description
We are looking for someone to join Markets and Securities division in order to manage all expenses in professional and effective manner.
The ideal candidate will have good educational background and previous experience in the area.
Responsibilities:
- Taking a proactive approach to managing the expenses end to end
- Logging receipt of receipts in an excel file on the Sharepoint site
- Inputting the expenses into Concur including adding receipts
- Liaising with individual to ensure that claim is accurate and all elements are present.
- Ensuring all amounts claimed are approved and work with individuals if that is not the case
- Maintain high standards and be on watch for any fraudulent claims or activity
