Main tasks:
- Intensive customer relationships development and maintenance
- Customer qualification and maintenance of CRM database
- Customer communication contact over order fulfillment process in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Coordination of solving all customer's objections in alingment with the revelant departments
- Preparation, updation and communication of quotes
- Documentation and maintainance of opportunities within CRM database,
- Generation, communication of relevant documents (e.g. related to logistics, collection, etc.)
- Logistics and collection status tracking, communication to customer and resolution of discrepancies
