Main tasks:
  • Intensive customer relationships development and maintenance
  • Customer qualification and maintenance of CRM database
  • Customer communication contact over order fulfillment process in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Coordination of solving all customer's objections in alingment with the revelant departments
  • Preparation, updation and communication of quotes
  • Documentation and maintainance of opportunities within CRM database,
  • Generation, communication of relevant documents (e.g. related to logistics, collection, etc.)
  • Logistics and collection status tracking, communication to customer and resolution of discrepancies

  • High expertise in energy industry
  • Perfect English skills
