Global Program Manager- Early DevelopmentGlobal pharmaceutical company has an new opportunity as Commercial Manager to manager early development projects. The position was created due to the company growth , where additional support is need to support global development strategies .
Key tasks:
- Lead, build and maintain epidemiology based market models, business cases (forecast and ROI), valuation analysis for different therapeutic area products;
- Lead, coordinate the commercial assessment of the early portfolio programs, in close collaboration with R&D dept
- Perform specific competitive intelligence assessments and manage assigned key markets
- Coordinate and execute market research (primary, secondary) for different Therapeutic Areas, with Marketing team;
- Collaborate cross functionally with internal corporate and country affiliate colleagues to understand business issues,
- Conduct analytics to create new business opportunities and establish benchmarks to support the development of strategic decisions based on information given;
- Identify projects strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas for improvement according to the strategy plan
Requirements:
MBA, Business or Science degree;
Global understanding of Pharma business and industry, across various disciplines/functions
Experience in pharma consulting, strategic planning/competitive intelligence at a biopharmaceutical company with a focus on the life science sector
Analytical, process-oriented and data driven mind-set; strong Microsoft Excel modelling and data analysis skills are required;
Ability to use independent judgment in the planning, designing, and execution of multiple projects simultaneously
Strong skills in managing cross-functional projects with business impact;
Experience in assessing/forecasting oncology or orphan drugs products preferred;
Passion and drive for bringing life changing therapies to patients in need;
Fluency in English
