Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (Arabic Speaker)
Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (Arabic Speaker) required by Whitehall Resource for a 1 Year Extendable Contract requirement for our client based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
*Please note this requirement is urgent so we are looking for consultants that are already based in Saudi Arabia than can join on an immediate basis.*
*We are also preferably looking for a consultant that has an IQAMA Sponsored under an IT Company*
Skills/Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years total experience as an Oracle HCM Consultant
- Good Experience of HCM Implementations especially in the government sector implementations
- Must be expert in following Modules
- (Core HR, Payroll, iRecruitment, SSHR, OTL & OLM)
- Extensive Implementation experience in Core HRMS Modules - (Self Service, Absense Management, Payroll)
- Good experience of working alone and ability to lead
- Good Communication Skills to interact with Client is a must
- Experience in both Implementation and Support Projects and follow SLA's
- Candidates must be available to join immediately
- Arabic speaking is essential
