I am working with a client who has seen growth locally and across the Midlands. In light of their innovation and continued success in a niche sector, we are looking to recruit a Commercial Manager who is take the lead in financial performance and trends analysis. You will manage the cost reconciliation, and assist in the recovery of debt. Working with the senior leadership team within Finance and Operations, your tasks will be varied. This is on a contract basis into 2019, and therefore immediate candidates are sought for the position.
Other key tasks will include:
Reconcile cost base to ensure margin and revenue optimisation
Support all financial aspects of customer contracts and reporting
Review suppliers and ensure cost and margin maintained
Be vigilant of fraud and potential financial risk to the business
Administration of regulatory practices both in the UK and overseas
Develop and coach employees on the best way to maximise revenue and maintain margins through efficient reporting and analysis
Create customer contracts and rate cards and margin analysis where needed
You will have experience in financial modelling, Profit and loss, budgeting and forecasting, payments and debt recovery, ideally within a hi-tech or business provider. An understanding of Economics include Foreign Currency, be able to provide examples of change and transformation.
