Description
Order Manager wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical industry.Your experience/skills:
- University degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration, at least vocational education in commercial professions complemented by trainings in a relevant field
- 3+ years' work experience in a supply chain role within health care, consumer goods or another process industry together with minimum 3 years' experience in SAP usage
- Sound knowledge of ERP implementation methodology beside solid project management skills ideally in a cross-functional project
- Well structured, strong conceptual thinking and process oriented approach
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Managing the intra-group communication and service along with preparing all order related topics between suppliers and customers across different legal entities
- Conducting timely intra-group order management across ERP systems and processing according to defined business cases based on planning and master data parameters
- Ensuring availability of all relevant documentations and approvals needed to guarantee steadily product flow
- Providing guidance to assigned customers for returns, write-offs and credit/debit notes according to the established SOPs and guidelines
- Supporting the implementation of monitoring and measurement systems associated with increasing the effectiveness of the supply chain
- Ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements and improving quality of relevant processes
