Finance Manager (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations
- Working closely with the Managing Director and the Operational Director of the German entity
- Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts
- Perform budget forecast with the country Managing Director (2X/year)
- Responsible for cash flow reporting and quarterly financial statements for submission to HQ abroad
- Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system
- Interact and work consultatively with the operational team to ensure contractual provisions are fulfilled
- Assist the carve-out process of the German subsidiary
- Interact closely with the HQ abroad and its advisers (financial and legal) involved in this process (mostly Q&A process)
Main qualifications
- Experience in the field of mergers & acquisitions (sell-side)
- Accounting background (HGB/IFRS) required
- Excellent communication skills
