Compliance Consultant - Retail Banking
We're looking to recruit a Compliance Consultant to join our financial services client based in Milton Keynes on an initial 6 months contract.
The compliance consultant will be working on a major transformation programme and liaise various stakeholders across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direction in defining the requirements of project activity relating to identified regulatory risks.
- Provide assurance to the project on various regulatory issues.
- Act as the "go to" compliance SME within the individual project teams.
- Support delivery within agreed defined timeframes
Skills, knowledge and experience:
- Extensive knowledge and experience of the requirements of the FCA/Consumer credit rules
- Ideally Retail Banking experience
- Specific regulatory or legal experience and knowledge in relation to: Consumer Credit
- Experience of leading delivery, undertaking significant regulatory change initiatives.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
