Description

The department of IT Individual Life will be facing many challenges the upcoming 2 - 3 years: new products, new platforms, migrations, We are looking for a Functional Analyst to help us in this domain.
You will work in close collaboration with several business & IT experts.

The objective of the job is:
- to translate the requirements of Business into IT language, based on architecture analysis and other available inputs
- to describe processes in a clear schema followed by detailed information (functional analysis).
- can communicate with the developer in a clear way
- to help, organise & participate in the functional testing of the delivered solution

English good
French good
Dutch good

* Capable of working autonomously and in a team
* Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills
* Excellent conceptual analysis skills (schema, graphs)
* Critical thinker who can is able to give his/her own opinion
* Able to communicate with different stakeholders

* Someone who goes "all the way" in his/her work and is eager to work in a challenging environment

Business experience required:

Mandatory
* Banking or insurance
* Experience in analysis

Preferable
* Knowledge of Life insurances
* Experience in architecture

Technical experience required:

Mandatory
* Knowledge of SQL
* Mainframe, DB2
* Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio at least)

Preferable
* Knowledge of Cobol

Functional experience required
* Is able to translate architectural documents into detailed analysis
