Description

SAP HR Consultant

SAP HR Consultant required for a project with a leading energy company based in Jutland area of Denmark.

Role:
- HR consultant - Should act as a process/business expert and be able to identify, discuss/evaluate SAP solutions and how these can best support the business
- Must be able to convert business solutions to IMG configuration, implemented in collaboration with the company's IT resources
- Work independently in the HR area, reporting to the IT manager
- Preferred start-up with Full time allocation for the first 4 months. After that, it can be expected significantly less. It may be considered to be shared on more than one resource
- There is a requirement for my 3 days a week at the location in Jutland. Several days are beneficial
- The role can be divided and/or switched between project work and support work (other projects than NGSAP)

Period is from 01.06.2018 to 30.11.2018, with the option of 3 months extension. Peak period full time mid May until August. Remaining period agreement booking details

Focus areas are:
- Members and participate in an improvement initiative on (master data synchronization between S/4, ECC, SF, perspective pay + CATS userexit redesign) under the NGSAP project
- Members and 'hands on' implement HR tasks in a roll-out and define cut over schedule for migration of data, employee training, relocation of HR transaction data
- Members and hands on carry out HR tasks in planning and implementing all steps in HR and related to unboarded new employees
- Integration to non-SAP systems (Perspective RES (IAM) system
- Participate in support on the S/4 platform, and to a lesser degree on ECC 6.0
- Participate in enhancement/miniprojects on the S/4 platform - led by the support department

Competence - 'must have':
- Good and proven knowledge for working on the SAP S/4 platform, like 1511
- Good and documented knowledge of working with SAP S/4 HR setup, with integration to master data in SF (Successfactors is not fully rolled but uses Employee Central)
- Good knowledge about multi HR setup and synchronization of such a setup (SAP ECC HMC, SF, S/4 1511) for HR master data
- Creation of minimum keys in HANA 1511
- Deep understanding of HR master data in S/4 in order to contribute/implement solution to CATS, perspective salary, Authorizations, payroll file, reporting
- Good experience with ECC HCM solution PA, OM, CATS
- Role based permissions that match the company's authorization concept
- 5-8 years of experience as a consultant with SAP HR in project contexts
- Critical factor for the selection is that the personal profile matches the existing team
- Handling, monitoring of IDOCs and participating in automation of surveillance

Competences 'nice to have':
- SOLMAN's experience as a user (process documentation, test preparation)
- Candidate Exam
- SAP HANA S/4 experience
- Industry knowledge or knowledge of solutions from related industries

English is the only language required for this role.
