Description

Project Manager working into the Supporting Projects and Programs Portfolio within the Change Portfolio Management Office.

The company wants to improve its Identity and Access Management (IAM) capability.

Some of the systems the company uses are operated by a Group shared function, others are operated by the Netherlands organization itself. This dispersed set up creates challenges to enable a IAM capability.
