IT - Asset Management Administrator- Hardware
This is a great opportunity to join a leading organization and help design, tune, maintain and support full life cycle administration and management of all enterprise infrastructure IT assets/hardware. You will have responsibilities for agreements/contracts, procurement and disposition and help drive efficiency for the Assets within the organization and help map the processes and policy to meet the needs of the business. We are looking for a great resource who has an understanding of ITIL and ITAM standards and procedures and brings great documentation and business process analysis,
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years experience working in IT Asset Management
- Solid understanding of IT Infrastructure - networks, Servers, desktops and infrastructure management
- Understanding of ITIL framework and IT Asset Management
- Discovery tools experience (ServiceNow, iQuate, FrontRange or similar)
- Experience with SQL and Excel (for reporting purposes)
- Excellent Business analysis, documentation and communication skills
