Description
A global organisation is looking for a talented Senior Financial Accountant to advise the business as they go through a large-scale acquisition.
This is a fantastic assignment for a customer-focused accounting professional who is seeking a position which offers high visibility to an M&A accounting and integration process.
To successfully deliver in this role, you will need to have:
- An accountancy qualification, preferably ACA with a background in Audit
- Mergers and acquisitions accounting experience desired
- Operated within Group level within Multinational, UK listed organisations
- Solid understanding of IFRS and internal controls
- Demonstratable experience partnering with functions across the business
- Supported decision making, working with senior people

- Act as primary subject matter expert on accounting for acquisitions and other technical accounting matters
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities
