Our Edinburgh based, Financial Services client, urgently require a Client Relationship Manager to work across a number of client on-boarding projects. This is a client engagement position: the role holder will be providing critical support to clients and will be responsible implementing, retaining and growing their client base.
Key Skills:
This is a Client Relationship Manager position and the successful candidate will have:
- Investments/Funds experience is essential*
- Previously held a Client Relationship Manager position - managed specific client issues through to resolution
- Previous experience in a Business Development role would be beneficial
- Project/Change Management experience
- Financial Services regulatory knowledge
- Delivered courteous and prompt service in a professional manner
- Client On-boarding related activity would be preferred
