Description
We are looking for up to 5 "PeopleSoft Consultants" to start ASAP a contract in ROME:
- PeopleSoft Technical Consultant HCM for initial 30 days
- PeopleSoft Functional Consultant HCM for initial 30 days
- 2 x PeopleSoft Technical Consultant FIN for initial 70 days
- PeopleSoft Functional Consultant FIN for initial 50 days

Background
Currently, the majority of the transaction processing takes place in Rome HQ, though there are over 40 field offices around the world. However, the organization has embarked on a process of decentralising its delivery model. As a consequence more operational autonomy will be given to its regional offices. In certain cases more administrative autonomy will be required to support this changing business model. Therefore, our client requires a team of consultants, to implement the organizational change within the current Oracle PeopleSoft setup.
An initial scoping exercise has been carried out in late 2017 to assess the impact of the changing business model. A summary outcome of this exercise is included below.
Please note that these requirements form part of a larger programme of work, which could continue for up to 12 months, with an initial trial period of days. We may therefore be in a position to extend a candidate subject to the acceptable performance and availability of budget.
Technical Environment
PeopleSoft 9.1 Financials and HCM using PeopleTools . Modules utilized include
- Financials: Project Costing, AR, AP, BI, Cash Management, GL, Customer Contracts, Commitment Control, Procurement, Vendor Management, and Travel and Expenses. Procurement Approval is handled by Virtual Approver, T&E Approval Workflow is handled by AWE.
- HCM: Workforce Administration, Global Payroll, Absence Management, eRecruitment, ePerformance, eProfile
- Additionally to delivered modules, our client run some custom built PeopleSoft applications that may be affected by the decentralisation, due to workflow approval. Some of these modules are integrated in the process flow with delivered modules: Privilege and Immunities (HCM), eRCS (HCM), eRPA (HCM), MFDR (Financials)
