CRM MS-Dynamics Architect
Context:
CRM MS-Dynamics hands-on architect able to define the solution and lead the implementation. Ideally the candidate would have started with MS-Dynamics customization/parameterisation and interface development and then later moved into an architecture and or technical lead position. The consultant will analyze customer requirements and identify technical impacts on MS Dynamics product, in coordination with existing team in charge of the product. The consultant should be able to conduct functional meetings with end users, analyse impacts on the system, identify new interfaces or impacts on existing interfaces, deliver functional specifications. He.she will be in charge of estimating the workload of the project in coordination with the project manager.
Mission:
The main tasks are the followings:
- Conduct workshops with the customer
- Build MS-Dynamics solution inside the full BSS solution
- Write MS-Dynamics specifications
- Lead MS-Dynamics parameterization/customizations and interface development
- Build integration and acceptance strategy
Experience/Qualifications:
- MS-Dynamics functional and technical knowledge
- Hands-on MS-Dynamics parameterization & customizations
- Multiple experiences of CRM implementation ideally inside full BSS architecture
