QA Validation Engineer

Description

A global pharmaceutical organisation are looking for a QA Validation Engineer for an initial 6-month contract position based in Ireland. The role will involve oversight on equipment & computer system validation and change controls to support an expansion of an API manufacturing plant in Ireland.

Tasks will include:

QA Validation Review and approval of Equipment (including reactors/centrifuge/dryer/utility
tie-ins) and DeltaV system validation documentation including Validation Plans, URS, Design Documents, IQ/OQ testing documents.

QA Validation oversight on deviations that occur during testing, ensuring they are resolved appropriately.

Review and approval of change control actions to support the implementation of the systems.

Project management duties including ensuring that validation review/approval schedules are being met and escalating issues that occur as appropriate.

Experience:

• 5 years+ providing QA Validation support on Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the review and approval of IQ/OQ protocols essential.
• Experience with Inverting Bag Centrifuges, Conical Dryers and DeltaV systems advantageous.

Qualification:

• Degree in Science or Engineering.
