Description

Executive Assistant / Project Support wanted for our Zurich based client in the telecommunication sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • Prior experience in executive project assistance with proficiency in Office tools
  • Relevant experience in financial tracking and reporting
  • Tracking and organising Purchase Orders
  • Good communication and analytical skills with a detail oriented work approach
  • Flexible and enthusiastic person with can-do attitude
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken


Your tasks:
  • Fulfilling general administrative duties in scope of the project
  • Keeping track of payments and purchase orders
  • Supporting directors in daily project related tasks
  • Ensuring that reporting, documentation and project plans are met in time and scope
  • Daily and monthly analysis and reconciliations


Start: ASAP
