An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Document Controller for a Global Renewable Client of ours. Do you have Wind farm experience and are looking for a new position working on an offshore wind farm project, if so then please read on. This role is for an initial period of approx. 18 months starting 1st June 2018 (or as soon as possible) up until 31st December 2019 with the possibility of extending further thereafter. The professional will be working from the client's prestigious office in Denmark; this role will be 5 days per week.Responsibilities:
- Responsible for technical documentation on Asset Project and/Product line.
- To ensure professional and timely Document Control Support to a technical package.
- Ensure compliance to document and records management processes.
- Take a proactive approach to implement and communicate documents and records management requirements, responsibility and tool processes.
- To ensure and maintain communication with suppliers to ensure an accurate and timely flow of the documentation deliverables.
- Establish and maintain communication with the responsible package manager to ensure that relevant supplier documentation deliverables are in accordance with contract requirements.
- Be responsible with the package manager to ensure that distribution and review matrixes exist and are updated at all times.
- Promote document flow processes ensuring traceability of documentation.
- To implement monthly review and quarterly baseline review of package master document registers against the contractual delivery plans.
- Support the documentation transfer to O&M and OFTO in close corporation with Records Manager.
- Minimum 5 years experience within Document Control wind farms/and or QA/QC in engineering projects.
