Interim Finance Manager required to support an SME Real Estate Investment Management business.
This is an exciting assignment for anyone who enjoys working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment but can work also with autonomy. The role is focused on covering all aspects of finance within the business and being able to drive the business forward in the market.

To successfully deliver in this you will need to:
- Have an accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
- A technically strong, audit background
- Strong understanding of tax processes and financial restructuring of a similar sized business
- Taken a lead role in the budgeting and forecasting process
- Be fluent in both oral and written Manadarin
Some more information about the role:
- This role is a 360 degree role that will cover the Finance functions for the business as well as the HR and office management functions.
- Commercial Real Estate Asset Management experience is desired.
- Working closely with the Asset Manager and the General Manager.
