Type: Contract (12 Months Rolling)
A Fantastic new role has just opened up at one of our leading Irish based clients offering the successful candidate the opportunity to join a hard-working team working on exciting projects in the pharmaceutical sector.
The proposed start date is June/July - We need YOU
Responsibilities include:
- Design, specification, programming and testing of control systems, Foxboro IA, (Wonderware ArchestrA) and HMI.
- Batch Recipe configuration, to meet customer requirements.
- Configuration/coding experience with Foxboro I/A HLBC
- Actively participate among cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to required quality standards.
- Knowledge of Software Development/Testing/Configuration
- Knowledge and familiarity the development and execution of C&Q documents as well as CSV deliverables such as; User/Functional Requirements, Design Specifications, Design Qualification (DQ), testing development and execution (Loop Checks, ULT, ILT, SLT) and Final Reporting.
- Knowledge of ISA's S88 standard, pharmaceutical and biotechnology equipment and processes desired.
Requirements:
- From six (6+) years of industrial automation experience in the life sciences industries is preferred (will consider Oil Gas exp with the right technical experience).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to be applied programming and troubleshooting of process systems.
- Deals well with uncertainty and pressure.
- Works well with others, within a team and takes accountability.
- Result driven and self-motivated.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and presentation).
- Organized, with strong computer literacy such as MS Project, Excel, etc.
