Description

Job Spec:

* Own a deep functional knowledge of D365 financial system
* Interact closely with business in order to understand expectation and issues.
* Provide Incident analysis and resolution
* Manage and coordinate relationship with business (follow-up, etc)
* Provide Incident analysis and resolution
* Produce details business & system requirements (both functional and non-functional) document to be used by in the design process
* Provide estimates for new requirements
* Produce and records all methodology-related deliverables to ensure compliance with standards and meet audits requirements
* Provide consultation and recommendation for improvements, new solutions and problem management
* Liaise with vendors/editors to ensure appropriate resolution of issues raised by business user
* Ability to provide guidance to help with complex incidents, problems resolution

* Business Satisfaction
* Incident resolution on time with expected quality
* Level of correct business requirements understanding
* Quality of solution analysis documents (understandable in order to initiate Design Phase and support the test planning process)
* Quality of audit outcomes

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

* Incident management and End user support
* Use the high-level business requirements and produce detailed functional analysis describing the recommended solution/changes to existing solution(s)
* Facilitate the understanding of the business and functional requirements by the development teams to ensure proper implementation
* Guarantee all work is compliant with internal and external audit as well as financial legal requirements (eg statutory, reporting, tax etc)

Professional & Leadership Experience: (Previous experience in terms of time and complexity)
* Proven experience in the role of Financials solution specialist or business analyst in D365 for Operations
* Knowledge of GL, AM, PO, AP, AR, AP, Project Costing and Billing business processes is necessary
* Strong verbal and written English skills.
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Ability to run internal or external workshops to small audiences
* Writing procedural documentation

Education & Training

* D365 for Operation Certification
* ITIL 3 certification

Minimum Requirements:

* Fluent English
* Ability to travel
