Description
Exciting opportunity for a Scrum Master (French or Dutch Speaking) to join an organisation based in Brussels for a contract assignment. This position will support various stakeholders in the Agile release train.
Responsibilities:
- Supports the Product Owner in his work by facilitating healthy dynamics within the Agile Release Train with a focus on respecting priorities and scope.
- Follows and realizes deliverables agreements and monitors/manages the inter-dependencies (planning, execution, dependency management, etc.) between the various stakeholders of the Agile Release Train in order to ensure the delivery of the products
- Has the authority to make decisions about inter-scrum teams obstacles. The Release Train Engineer communicates with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and information. It also protects the Agile Release Train/scrum teams from unexpected labour injections.
- Is a Senior profile in charge of the End-to-End coordination of feature delivery, in alignment with other Agile Release Trains for inter-Train dependencies.
- Contribute to the Scrum of Scrum, the Quarterly Agile Planning, the Agile Release Train retrospective, the Agile Release Train Review
- Manage the delivery risks of the feature
- Ensure efficient feature delivery across Agile Release Trains
- Resolution of impediment that are inter-Trains and inter-scrum teams
