Description
Our client is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst who will:
- Prepare workshops and build global backlog.
- Work with client to create standard processes to minimize customisation.
- Define technical requirements for Salesforce solutions
- Create test strategy and plans
- Run and support all aspects of UAT phase
You will have/be:
- Excellent communication Skills
- Established background in business analysis, working with business users to document and develop processes, create technical requirements documentation
- Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude
- Understanding of Sales processes is a plus
- Hands-on experience administering Salesforce.com (and related tools: Dataloader, Chatter, Reports/Dashboards).
- Experience with Salesforce.com/CRM Integration tools such as Data Integration/ETL tools.
- Understanding of Cloud-based technologies, especially sales and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
- Convert business processes into Salesforce technical design.
- Comfortable working in an Agile delivery environment
