Sr. Hr Analytics Analyst
This is a challenging and exciting role for a resource with strong HR and organizational structure knowledge who will perform analytics and create reporting associated with a major reorganization on a global scale.
This role requires ability to be adaptive in the approach to review, analysis, interpretation and reporting on a transformative organization restructuring. Your ability to define KPI's and pull analytics from Workday, interpret results and create summary presentations to executive leadership are critical to this effort. You will capture past, current and future state of organizational structure and staff planning. You will interface and liaison with various business units as well as the Human Resources leadership. Creative problem solving, presentation skills and interpersonal skills will be essential as well.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelors degree
- 7+ years Human Resources background in an Enterprise environment
- 5+ years HR Analysis
- Excellent ability to present complex data in clear concise presentations
- Excellent collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills
- 2+ years Workday Analysis
- PowerPoint, Excel
