Marketing Analyst-HSBC
This is a 6 month contract based in London
Project Brief:
The Global Marketing function is focused on supporting the strategic and revenue growth priorities of the Bank. The function focuses on understanding customers and the identification, development and execution of Marketing strategies, campaigns and activities that support and strengthen the HSBC brand, support the drive for revenue and increase customer value and satisfaction in order to meet agreed targets and objectives at both a global and market level.
Role purpose:
This role is part of the Global Marketing Strategy team, and plays a crucial role in supporting the development of marketing strategy and plan to support HSBC's Commercial Banking.
The role holder is responsible for:
- Supporting the overall Marketing planning process that drives Marketing activity, with involvement and participation from local markets to derive Marketing plans that support global and local targets and objectives
- Coordinating and collating all regional and local Marketing plans
- Evaluation of annual plans to ensure the key components required are in place and that all regional and local plans are in line with the overall global framework/template
- Assisting with the preparation of a consolidated Global Marketing Plan
- Performing ad-hoc planning related requests and reporting
Required Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:
- Detail-oriented
- Strong ability to meet deadlines
- Successful history of building/fostering relationships with stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Planning and reporting
- Prior consolidation and reporting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- A self-starter with an energetic, proactive and passionate approach to learning
