Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join an exciting company based in Amsterdam
Our client is looking for a Scrum Master to join the teams in Amsterdam. The Scrum Master is positioned as servant leader of the Scrum Team that guides and facilitates the team to maximize the value created and ensure that Scrum framework is well understood and applied by the relevant stakeholders
ROLE:
- Guide, facilitate and coach the team in its use of Scrum.
- Encouraging and facilitating active collaboration between the Scrum team and product owner.
- Support and coach Product Owner on maintaining and refining the product backlog.
- Setting up and facilitating daily standup, sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, sprint reviews, product backlog refinement sessions.
- Guiding and helping the team maintain their burndown chart, product backlog, sprint backlog and impediments backlog.
- Lead the team and product owner effort in continuous improving.
- Shielding the team from interruptions during the sprint.
- Removing obstacles that affect the team.
