Main tasks:
- Support Clinical Trial Leaders, Trial Teams and Clinical Operations Team in the planning, execution, management and surveillance of clinical trial/s programs for Phase I - Phase IV
- Conduct delegated task packages under own responsibility
- Responsible to several trials
- As Senior Clinical Trial Coordinator (SCTC) you are responsible and accountable to support CTLs/ Trial Teams/ COT for budget management, invoice processing & tracking
- One of the major responsibilities is to lead and drive TMF inspection readiness and perform oversight (documented spot checks) in cooperation with the CRO as well as to coordinate the final TMF archiving
- Review and update the Clinical Trial Management System for any relevant details required
- Support CTLs/ Trial Teams/ COT with special activities for vendor surveillance
- Responsible for tracking and coordinating Audit Corrective and Preventive Action Plans (CAPAs), SUSAR tracking as well as Oversight plans in cooperation with other R&D cross functions
Main qualifications
- Secondary education with commercial or secretarial diploma(s) (or local equivalent) or higher degree
- Science degree or biomedical degree an asset
- Requires substantial professional experience in clinical trial coordination in CRO, Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology Industry with expertise in TMF management (eTMF & paper) and oversight
- Excellent understanding of the policies and procedures of Clinical Operations and of ICH-GCP
- Very good oral and written communication skills in English as well as excellent administrative and budgetary skills
- Proven experience in all aspects of clinical trial coordination
- Knowledge and usage of databases and programs of the Department and Trials
- Limited travelling might be required
