My client is looking for a Security Project Manager. Scope of services and deliverables are detailed below.
Objectives
In the context of a strategic program launched in 2018, my client needs to launch and roll out many global projects related to the Security.
The Security Project Manager with strong security skills will have 2 main roles:
- Support the program director in charge of the project related to the Advanced Malware Protection project (create a Project Management Plan, communication deck, set up a steerco, create the business case, risk logs)
- Support the study leaders. Work on assumptions, estimations and business cases related to several key strategic topics.
Main tasks
- Manage the project throughout its life cycle: Execution, Monitoring, Controlling and Closing.
- Communicate relevant and timely information to stakeholders to ensure visibility of progress, budget/expenditure, risks and issues.
- Produce project status with KPIs: deliverables, schedule, quality, organization, risks, change, and budget.
- Ensure appropriate tools and processes are in place to track minutes, actions, risk, issues, and decisions.
- Identify and track risks, issues and escalations on projects and ensure appropriate action plans are established and actively monitored.
- Produce mandatory project deliverables (Project Management plan, Monthly status, Business case
- Ensure all documents produced on the project are properly managed and safely stored.
- Support the team in charge of strategic studies (build business cases, clarify the study scope, work on scenario, define technical specifications, Request for Purpose, estimation)
