Role: Content Owner

Rate: Flexible, based on experience
Duration: 6-12 months
Our client, a large financial services company, are currently recruiting for a Content Owner to join the team based in London.
This role will be responsible for experience by creating useful, meaningful content that helps users complete the task at hand. You will help set the vision for content and drive cohesive product narratives across each customer journey integrating and adapting existing assets in the organisation and will generate engaging, informative and useful content for business owners across six areas of business guidance. You will also source and structure information from existing assets and third-party partners, and will adapt content to the appropriate "voice". You will synthesize existing content to help design and development teams define automated actions we can perform on behalf of business owners.
This role requires:
* Strong content owner/management experience, ideally within financial services
* Experience working with Engineering and Product Management teams as part of the software development process
* A portfolio of work that demonstrates content that simplifies, informs and enhances the overall user experience.
* The ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 3-5 years of experience in marketing writing, product documentation or online publishing
* Experience working with Engineering and Product Management teams as part of the software development process
