Description

Order Manager wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration with several years of practical knowledge in SAP R3 usage
  • 3+ years' working experience in a Supply Chain role within the process industry like Consumer Goods, Chemical or Health care industry
  • Familiarity with ERP implementation methodology and capability of using Office applications, such as Excel, Power Point, WinWord and Visio
  • Expertise in project management ideally in a cross-functional project
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus


Your tasks:
  • Managing and monitoring correct system transactions related to order management processes to defined business cases based on planning and master data parameters
  • Providing close relation and involving other functions like Life Cycle Management, QA, Supply Chain, Finance, Artwork and Logistics to ensure regulatory as well as quality compliant product supply
  • Carrying out system bookings for returns and issue credit notes as well as organizing availability of relevant documentations and approvals to guarantee a steadily product flow
  • Ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements including record management along with improving the quality relevant processes within area of responsibility
  • Operating as the contract person and communicating with 3rd party customer and intercompany suppliers aligning daily business to guarantee a high customer service level
